Clouds staying with us and light rain moving through our southern counties. Cooler temperatures in the 30s are moving into our northern counties. Today we will stick with cloudy skies and scattered rain through the entire day. High temperatures will range from the mid to upper 40s. Heavier rain will move in from the south later this evening which will only enhance flooding problems already in place.
Saturday scattered heavy rain and storms will move in ahead of a warm front. During the afternoon and evening is when we have the best chance of seeing strong to severe weather. Main impacts will be heavy rain, flooding issues, very strong winds, and isolated tornadoes. An additional 1-3″ of rain is possible.
We are looking to have many days in the forecast next week to finally dry out and see sunshine!
