LYON COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - A crash was blocking traffic in the westbound lanes of Interstate 24 in Lyon County, Kentucky.
As of 10:30 a.m. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet officials reported all lanes of the road are back open.
Traffic was moving slowly through the crash site at the 36 mile marker around 8:30 a.m. when one lane was open.
The crash was originally reported as involving a passenger vehicle and a SEMI according to officials. It is now being reported as a semi rollover crash.
It was near the Lyon County Scales between Exit 40 and Exit 31 on I-24.
KYTC personnel are assisting by detouring westbound I-24 traffic off at EXIT 40 to US 62 Westbound. Traffic will follow US 62 West to return to I-24 at Exit 27 near Calvert City.
Emergency response crews were on the scene.
There is no word on injuries.
