MAYFIELD, KY (KFVS) - Police in Mayfield arrested a middle school teacher after he was seen under some bleachers allegedly photographing beneath cheerleaders' skirts.

Steve L. McCuiston, 51, of Murray was charged with voyeurism, eavesdropping, disorderly conduct and evidence tampering.

Police arrested him at the Mayfield-Murray high school basketball game Monday night. Two parents and a teacher had restrained him after he ran.

Police found numerous images of cheerleaders and girls competing in pageants, apparently taken without their permission.

McCuiston is on paid leave from his job as a science teacher at Livingston County Middle School.

Mccuiston was released Tuesday from the Graves County Jail after paying 20 percent of his $10,000 bond.
