Man accused of murder after high speed chase waives extradition

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - The man accused of going on a high speed chase through southeast Missouri is headed back home.

Police say 50-year-old Charles Richardson waived his extradition right and is headed back to St. Barnard Parish, Louisiana. 

That's where police say he shot and killed his 18-year-old daughter.  Police say he also shot his wife in the throat.  She's expected to survive.
