JACKSON, MO (KFVS) - The Jackson wedding planner accused of using other people's credit cards made a very quick court appearance Monday morning.
Michael Erzfeld walked past Heartland News' Kathy Sweeney without a word Monday with his parents at his side.
Erzfeld waived his right to a preliminary hearing on five felony counts.
Sheriff's investigators say they've seized tens of thousands of dollars worth of wedding related merchandise in connection with the case.
He'll be back on court on Monday, January 26th.
Then on Thursday, January 29th, he'll make his first appearance on a new felony case where he's accused of passing a bad check.
