New shooting complex at Illinois State Police headquarters may not open on time

DU QUOIN, IL (KFVS) - Money is the reason a new shooting complex at the Illinois State Police headquarters in Du Quion may not open on time.
The new complex was scheduled to be finished by the end of this month.
Now the contractor says that won't happen because the state of Illinois is behind on paying for the job.
He says the state owes half a million dollars, and the state doesn't know when they'll be able to pay to finish the job.
Several workers have lost their jobs as a result of the work stoppage.
