Rollover Crash in Cape County Causes Power Outage

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. - The Missouri Highway Patrol is investigating a rollover wreck in the 500 block of Cape Rock Drive past the Snake Hill area near Route 177 that caused a power outage.
Troopers say they got the call around 8:30 Wednesday evening.
Investigators believe the driver of a car lost control and flipped it.
Right now there's no word on the driver's condition.
The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department confirms reports that the car hit a power pole and caused an power outage.

According to Ameren UE's website about 925 of their customers don't have power.  Power is expected to be restored by 11 p.m.
