MARION, Ill. - A Marion man apparently won't be serving any prison time in the stabbing death of a woman he once lived with.
Prosecutors charged 25-year-old James Ichard with the deadly stabbing 42-year-old Tina Marie King.
That murder happened in September of 2007, but a Williamson County judge found Ichard not guilty by reason of insanity.
That means he will spend time in treatment as determined by an evaluation.
Ichard has been getting treatment for mental illness already.
