Police Say Woman Withdrew Large Amounts of Money from Mother's Accounts

PADUCAH, Ky. - Police arrested a Paducah woman for allededly making unauthorized charges and withdrawals from her mother's financial accounts.
Paducah police say 52-year-old Gloria Buchanan withdrew more than $20,000 from her mother's accounts over the last couple months.
The US Bank called the police department saying there had been unusual activity with large amounts drawn from a customer's account over the past six to eight weeks.
Police say Buchanan admitted to "improperly depleting" her mother's accounts.
Officers recovered more than 1000 pieces of evidence valued between $12,000 and $15,000.
Buchanan was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
