Two Separate Crashes Send Four to Hospital in Saline County

SALINE COUNTY, Ill. - A car and semi crashed Wednesday morning a little after 6 on US 45 at Garner Road.
According to the Saline County Sheriff's Office, Thomas Conner Jr. of Alorton, driving a semi, was attempting to turn around at Garner Road and US 45 when a car driven by 23-year-old Kalee Barricklow of Harrisburg sideswiped the semi.
Barricklow was taken to Ferrell Hospital and treated.  The sheriff's office says citations are pending.

In a separate wreck, a two car crash on US 45 at Bourland Road sent three to the hospital.
According to the Saline County Sheriff's Office, Jennifer Neal, 31, of Grayville was traveling southbound on US 45 when 17-year-old Johnathan Ryker of Eldorado failed to stop at the stop sign at Bourland Road.
Both drivers and a passenger in Ryker's car were taken to Ferrell Hospital, treated and released.
Ryker was cited for disobeying a traffic control device.
