CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - No criminal charges will be filed in connection with a restroom fight at Southeast Missouri State University on December 2, 2007.
Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney Morley Swingle said there was not enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
An 18-year-old male and a 19-year-old male got into a fight in a first-floor restroom in Magil Hall at Southeast Missouri State University.  The 18 year old received cuts to his arms after a window was broken.
"If stupidity were a crime, I would charge them both," Swingle said in a press release.
