CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - It started as an extra credit offer is bringing some Southeast Missouri State students a lot more.
Jennifer Icaza-Gast has over 1500 toys ready to go to families who need a little help over the holidays.
She says this all started as a way to help students and others in the community.
The operation started with three people last year, but is now a full group ready to wrap and deliver the toys on Santa's behalf.
They're still accepting donations, and looking for families who need help.
