A Hardin County school teacher is in trouble with the police after they allegedly found drugs in his home.
Harrisburg police say they received an anonymous tip about Scott Way's alleged illegal drug activity so they got a search warrant and searched his home.
Carbondale police arrested 27-year-old Scott Way of Harrisburg Wednesday at a Carbondale hotel.
Way had just started working this year with the Hardin County School District as the elementary physical education teacher and baseball coach.
On Friday, Harrisburg police searched Way's home and found 600 grams of marijuana and 70 grams of cocaine along with some prescription medications.
Way sits behind bars in the Saline County detention center facing numerous criminal charges.
His bond is set at half a million dollars.
No word yet as to whether or not Scott Way will be back to work with the Hardin County school district.
