CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - On Tuesday evening, Shawn and Courtney McLain gave birth to their fourth daughter.  Rather than waiting hours or even days to show off little Gabriella, the McLain's snapped pictures of their newborn and sent them via email to friends and family.
"It's not a nicety, it's a necessity,"  said Joni Adams Bliss, the Webmaster for Southeast Hospital.
For more than a year now, some patients at Southeast Hospital enjoyed the facility's wireless Internet service.  As of last week, it's available all over the building.
Now new parents like the McLain's or other patients can enjoy wireless Internet from their rooms.
According to the Missouri Hospital Association, only a handful of hospitals in the state offer complete wireless service.
