Police make arrest in shooting incident

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - Cape Girardeau police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting Tuesday afternoon.
Police had been looking for a black male about six feet tall with a thin to medium build.  He has braided hair and a tattoo on one shoulder that says "Regina."  He was last seen wearing a black ball cap with a silver skull.
The suspect has been identified, but no names are being released.
Police arrested another male shortly after the shooting occured.
This is in connection with a shooting that happened shortly before 2:00 p.m. Tuesday around the 2800 block of Themis.
A 26-year-old male is in stable condition with nonlife-threatening injuries after being shot in the left arm.
