EDINBURGH, Scotland - The Loch Ness Monster is back...allegedly.
A lab technician claims he saw a "jet black thing" about 45 feet long moving fast in the water on Saturday, May 26th.
Officials say the video is useful because the technician panned to get the background shore in the shot, which means it is less likely to be fake and will provide geographical bearings.
There have been over four thousand reported sightings of "Nessie" since she was first caught on camera in the 1930s.
