JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Missouri workers who rely on tips could see a rise in wages.
A judge in Cole County ruled Tuesday that tipped employees should be earning at least $3.25.
Missouri's minimum wage went up to $6.50 an hour on January 1.
Until mid-March, the state Department of Labor had interpreted the law to allow the federal minimum wage of $2.13 an hour.
