POTOSI, Mo. -- There's a new plea of not-guilty Monday from Michael Devlin, the Missouri man charged in connection with two kidnappings.
He entered the plea to charges that he kidnapped, sexually abused and tried to kill Shawn Hornbeck in 2002.
Devlin showed no emotion as the judge read the charges.
In January, authorities searching for a missing 13-year-old boy, Ben Ownby, were stunned when they found both boys in Devlin's apartment.
Devlin today appeared clean-shaven, and thinner than before.
His arraignment marked the first time he's left the Franklin County jail since his arrest in January. He heard the latest charges by way of a video feed to a Washington County jail cell.
