CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - As many college students spend their summer away from classes, there's a Southeast student studying up nearly the entire break. "It's an in depth program, covering a lot of cyber security issues,"  says Joshua Bohnert.
Bohnert's one of about 30 people selected for the advanced course in engineering, put on by the Air Force at their research labs in Rome, New York. "It's a huge honor and I'm really excited about it," says Bohnert, "This is going to be real world experience, hands on kinda stuff.  It's a great program to help me for after graduation."
Bohnert will leave next week and return from the Air Force program the week before the fall semester begins.
