MAYFIELD, Ky. - All five people accused in the murder of Jessica Currin appear before a Graves County judge Monday. Tamara Caldwell, Quincy Cross, Jeffery Burton, Vinisha Marie Stubblefield, and Doris Victoria Caldwell are all charged in the 2000 murder.

In front of a packed court room all five plead not guilty to the charges against them. Monday's arraignment is the first time all five have been in court since a grand jury indicted them last month.  They face charges from murder, rape, sodomy, abusing a corpse and kidnapping to tampering with evidence.

Currin's body was found beaten and burned behind Mayfield Middle School in August of 2000.  Also during the court appearance both the defense and prosecution asked for a change of venue for the trial; a move one attorney calls highly unusual.
The judge will make a ruling on the change of venue at the suspects next court date, April 30th.
