Heartland News has exclusive details on the city's efforts to attract NARS, a St. Louis-based company founded by Cape native Chris Buehrle. Buehrle, who created NARS in 1993 as a collection agency, has expanded into the customer service business and now wants to open a fourth call center. Buehrle tells Kathy Sweeney exclusively that Cape is one of three sites on his short list. The new call center would employee 350 people at a starting salary of $8.50 an hour.
