ENGLAND, AR (KATV/CNN) – A police officer was fired a day after a video aired showing him confronting a group of black men.

In the video, officer Michael Moore tells the group, "You don't belong in my city."

"But we're from here," Demarcus Bunch responds.

"But you understand, I know who my people are, right? Who belongs here and who doesn't?" Moore said. "We've got gang wars going on. We got all kinds of stuff. And I come from the big city."

Bunch and some friends traveled back to his hometown to record a music video on July 21. Instead, he recorded Moore.

The confrontation upset Bunch: "When he said, like, 'You don't belong in my city. You're not from here.' Like, c'mon, man. England is 3,000 people. Everybody knows everybody,"

"If he is not terminated then the world will know something is wrong. There is no reason that he shouldn't be terminated," Bunch said.

It didn't take much time for Moore to lose his job. The police chief issued a statement six hours after the video aired during a newscast on Wednesday saying Moore had been fired.

According to a training history report obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, Moore started his law enforcement career in Greenville,SC, population about 67,000.

Moore also worked 10 months with the Simpsonville Police Department before moving to Arkansas in 2016.

Since then, he has been fired by the Lonoke County Sheriff's Department and was the subject of an internal investigation in England.
