The Bootheel is under a heat advisory until this evening because feels like numbers will top out in the triple digits today.

Lows tonight will be in the mid-60s to low 70s.

Friday looks to be a bit warmer with temperatures in the mid-90s with lots of sunshine.

The weekend will start off dry, but scattered showers and storms are possible Sunday.
