CHICAGO, IL (KFVS) - The St. Louis Cardinals are in the windy city ahead of the All-Star break for a two-game series with the White Sox.

All-Star Miles Mikolas puts on a strong start going six innings, giving up two runs and striking out six.

The runs came in heavy for the Cardinals, scoring in the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, eighth and ninth innings.

Dexter Fowler had a grand slam in the sixth, where the Cardinals put up seven runs.

Kolton Wong capped it off with a two-run home run in the eighth.

Charlie Tilson single in two runs in the third as the White Sox only runs.

Cardinals pour it on and win it 14-2.
