KSP: Paducah man arrested on abuse charge

PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) -

A Paducah, Kentucky man is facing child abuse charges, according to Kentucky State Police.

David G. Minks, 29, was charged with felony first-degree criminal abuse involving a minor.

Minks was arrested on July 9. He was booked into the McCracken County, Ky. Jail.

Kentucky State Police and the Cabinet for Community Based Services continues the investigation.
