A man is behind bars tonight on a DUI charge after he crashed his vehicle in Franklin County, Illinois.
On Saturday, Dec. 24, troopers with the Illinois State Police say Gary L. Hoskins, 59, was driving northbound on IL. Rt 184, approaching the intersection of IL. Rt 14 and IL. 184.
