GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -
On Saturday, Dec. 17, Graves County deputies responded to the Jackson Purchase Medical Center after receiving a report of a two-year-old that had tested positive for amphetamine in his system.
The investigation led to a search warrant being executed at a home located in Symsonia, Kentucky. Authorities report finding methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia in the home. All three items were located in a dresser drawer that was easily accessible by children.
Deputies placed both Breea Cherry, 37, and Michael Jackson, 38, under arrest. Both were charged with possession of a controlled substance in the first-degree (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
Both were lodged in the Graves County Jail.
