Police searching for 2 suspects, armed with a gun who robbed a convenience store in Steele

STEELE, MO (KFVS) -

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store in Steele.

According to the Steele Police Department, officers were dispatched to to the Flash Market Convenience Store on north Walnut Street around 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 14.

The store clerk told police two black males entered the store and one of the men was armed with a handgun.

The man with the gun demanded money.

Police say the two suspects left the store with an undisclosed amount of money.

The robbery remains under investigation.
