She's the hottest recording act out there right now.  She's had hits on both the country and pop charts. Those songs include: Our Song,  We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, Shake It Off and Blank Space.  Having sold more than 40 million albums, she's ranked as one of the best selling artists of all time. We're talking about Taylor Swift who's 27 today.

He's the lead singer for the band Alabama. You head him on the hits Dixieland Delight, Song of the South, Close Enough to Perfect, Old Flame, the list goes on and on. Randy Owen is 67 today.

He's a country singer whose 30-plus year career has included the hits Swingin', Black Sheep, Straight Tequila Night, Money in the Bank and many many more.  He performed live at the SEMO District Fair back in the 1990's.  John Anderson is 62 today.

He's a hard rocker who broke onto the scene in the 1970's  with the hit Cat Scratch Fever. These days he's just as comfortable with a bow and arrow as he is with a guitar as his biggest hobby is hunting.  Ted Nugent is 68 today.

He won a Best Actor Oscar for his role as Ray Charles in the movie Ray.  He's also starred in Django Unchained and had the role of the villain Electro in The Amazing Spider Man. Jamie Foxx is 49 today.

He's an actor whose movies include: Armageddon, Fargo and Con Air. He's made cameo appearances in many of Adam Sandler's movies. On TV he had roles in The Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire.  Steve Buscemi is 59 today.

He's a legendary actor who had us laughing the the 1960's with his own self titled TV Show on CBS.  Year's later he had another hit show on CBS called Diagnosis Murder.  On the big screen he starred in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Mary Poppins and Bye Bye Birdie.  Dick Van Dyke is 91 today.
