Man killed in two-car crash in Madison Co., MO

MADISON COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A man was killed on Saturday in a two-car collision in Madison County, Missouri.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Warren O. Smith, 64, of Washington, Mo., was traveling north on Highway OO.

A separate vehicle, driven by Mary R. Foster, 78, of Fredericktown, was traveling west and failed to yield, striking Smith's car and causing it to overturn.

Smith was ejected from the vehicle. He was later taken to Madison Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
