Gideon, MO man dead after ATV accident in Ripley Co.

GIDEON, MO (KFVS) -

A Gideon man was killed on Friday, Z after an accident involving an ATV accident in Ripley County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Kevin L. McClendon, 42, was traveling near Route Z, 14 mile west of Doniphan, MISS, at around 9:35 p.m.

For some unknown reason, McClendon's vehicle overturned, ejecting him.

McClendon was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:30 p.m. by the Ripley Co. coroner.
