ATV crash in Butler Co. sends teen to hospital

BUTLER COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A teenager was sent to the hospital following a four-wheeler crash in Butler County, Missouri on Saturday, September 3.

The crash happened on County Road 359 south of Highway 160 around 7 p.m. on Saturday, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Authorities report the ATV went off the road, hit a ditch and overturned.

The passenger, a 17-year-old female, was taken to an area hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

The driver, Jonathan R. Alford, 19, was not injured, according to the report.
