Local poet to sign copies of, read from newest publication at Carbondale library

CARBONDALE, IL (KFVS) -

A local published poet will be signing copies of and reading from his latest poetry collection on Saturday, September 10th at a Carbondale bookstore.

Erin "Fog" Cilberto's 15th publication is called "Rewrites and Second Chances" and is on sale for $15; Cilberto himself is a teacher at John A. Logan and Shawnee Community colleges, with his work being published in many other places other than his own books, such as magazines and journals.

Cilberto was nominated for a Pushcart Prize in Poetry in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2010, and has taught several local poetry workshops. 

The reading and singing will be held at the Bookworm in the Eastgate Shopping center at 618 E. Walnut St. in Carbondale from 2 to 4 pm on September 10th.
