Escaped jail inmate may be on way to Paducah

FULTON COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

Kentucky State Police are on the lookout for a man who escaped the Fulton County Detention Center and may be headed to Paducah.

Investigators say Frederick T. Bristol, 35 of Paducah, Kentucky, escaped from the Fulton County Detention Center at around 6:27 p.m. Monday, August 16, 2016.

Bristol was serving time for a Possession of Controlled Substance conviction.

Troopers say Bristol is black, 6'4" tall, weighing 210 pounds with a shaved head. When he escaped, he was wearing a khaki shirt and khaki pants with grey sweatpants underneath.

Investigators believe Bristol may be en route back to the Paducah area.
