2 arrested after found traveling in stolen van

HURST, IL (KFVS) -

An investigation is underway in Hurst, Ill. after two men were found driving a stolen vehicle from the Center for Refugees and Immigrants of Tennessee, located in Nashville, TN.

On Thursday, Aug. 4 Hurst police found two men traveling in the 300 block of School Street in Hurts, in a stolen 2014 Toyota Sienna van.

When Hurst police approached them, the men ran away.

Edgar Orozco, 18, of Antioch, TN, was arrested.

Orozco was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and theft over $10,000.

The other suspect has been identified, but his identity is not being released, pending the issuance of a warrant of arrest.

The second suspect is a southern Illinois resident.
