Man injured in two-car crash on KY 365 north of Marion

MARION, KY (KFVS) -

The Kentucky State Police is investigating a two-vehicle injury crash that occurred on KY-365, north of Marion, at approximately 10:11 a.m.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Billy Winstead, 33, of Marion, was traveling north while Robert Jennings, 54, also of Marion, was traveling south.

Winstead said that he fell asleep while driving. His vehicle crossed the center line, colliding into Jenning’s dump truck head on.

The collision caused both vehicles to exit the roadway.

Jenning’s was transported by the Crittenden County EMS to Livingston County Hospital where he was treated and released for his injuries.
