Matt Donkin, Regional Superintendent of Schools in Frankin County, IL, Johnson County, IL, Massac County, IL and Williamson County, IL, is urging people to drive safely as the 2016-2017 school year begins. Donkin said extra care needs to be taken in traveling the roads and streets in both the mornings and the afternoon. He said both streets and sidewalks will be crowded with students, parents and school buses. Donkin is urging everyone to take extra care while traveling as the new school year begins.
