A Graves Co. man has been charged after allegedly sexually assaulting a child.
On July 7, Kentucky State Police received a call of a child that had been sexually abused.
On July 22, following a two week investigation, Thomas C. Elliott, 41, of Hickory, Ky. was arrested for sexual assault charges involving a minor child.
Elliott was charged with 3 counts of rape 1st – victim under 12, 7 counts of sodomy 1st – victim under 12, and 2 counts of use of a minor under 16 in a sexual performance.
Elliott was lodged in the Graves County Jail.
