MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - Three Mississippi County, Missouri residents were arrested in connection with a drug investigation.
Julius Devar Parham, 37, and Terri Nicole Mayabb Brown, 36, both of East Prairie, Mo., are each charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
