Big Game Recipes – Game Day Kielbasa

On game day you don't want to spend all your time in the kitchen before  - or even worse, during – the big game. This quick and easy, three-ingredient recipe sounds strange, but will have your guests cheering for more.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds Kielbasa sausage (sliced into bite-sized circles)
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 2 cups grape jelly

Directions:

Stove top: Heat jelly in a saucepan over medium heat until it dissolves. Add ketchup and stir until mixture comes together to form a glaze. Add Kielbasa slices and stir to coat sausages well. Continue to cook until sausage is heated through.

Crockpot: Add jelly and ketchup to slow cooker set on medium heat. Stir occasionally. Once jelly has dissolved, add kielbasa slices. Stir and continue to cook until sausage is heated through.
