PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) - A Paducah, Kentucky man is accused of stealing an Xbox while meeting the victim to buy it.
Aerion Jones, 19, was charged with first degree robbery and second degree fleeing and evading police.
According to police, at around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 26, they responded to a report of a robbery in the 2900 block of Park Avenue.
Police say the victim told them she had been contacted by the suspect through Facebook inquiring about the Xbox she was selling. She said she and Jones agreed on a price, time and place to meet.
When she arrived, she said she was met by Jones, who allegedly had a gun and took the Xbox before running away.
On Jan. 27, police say they found Jones in the 1100 block of Park Avenue.
They say he ran from them, but was caught at a home on Park Avenue.
According to police, Jones is currently out on bond for a prior robbery in 2015.
He was taken to the McCracken County Jail.
