Rend Lake College to host fitness, healthy living workshops

INA, IL (KFVS) -

If you're looking to fulfill your New Year's Resolution to get in shape, Rend Lake College wants to help!  

The school is offering a number of workshops to help you get in shape.  

Boot Camp, designed for all fitness levels and all ages, will meet from 5 - 6 p.m. on Tuesdays beginning January 19 and lasting through May 10 in the Rec on the Ina campus.  

The cost is $50.  

In two weeks, fitness instructor Cathy Lamont will host a Body Toning class, a full-body conditioning and strengthening workout.  

Body Toning cost $69 and will meet from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays from January 25 through April 20 in the Benton Middle School Choir Room.  

Later in the month, Natalie Furman will host a class on how to cook delicious, healthy meals.  

The class will meet from 6 - 8 p.m. beginning on January 26.  The cost is $10 plus a supply fee.
