Good morning! It's Monday, January 11, 2016.

BRR! Grab your heavy coat, gloves and a scarf! The temperatures dropped over the weekend, making for a significant wind chill today. First Alert Meteorologist Brian Alworth says there could also be some pretty heavy frost on your vehicle. Stay tuned for more rain likely later this week.

Low gas prices: Great news for drivers in the Heartland! A survey found lowest average price of regular gas in the lower 48 states was $1.64 in St. Louis. Some gas stations selling gas for lower than that.

Teacher shortage: Illinois schools are finding it harder and harder to get qualified teachers into the classroom. More than half of Illinois school districts responding to a recent survey say they're having trouble filling teaching positions. Three-quarters say they're seeing fewer qualified candidates than in previous years.

RIP:  Legendary musician David Bowie has died at age 69 following an 18-month battle with cancer.
