Wide receiver Willie Ponder was a game changer at Southeast before being selected in the sixth round of the 2003 draft by the New York Giants.
In 2004, he led the NFL with a 26.9 yard kick off return average.
Ponder also returned two kick offs for touchdowns for the Giants.
He played three seasons with the Giants and another with the Rams and Seahawks.
