Poplar Bluff PD looking for suspect in liquor store theft

POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KFVS) -

The Poplar Bluff Police Department is looking for a suspect in connection with a liquor store theft on Tuesday, January 5.

Police say they responded to a shoplifting complaint at Walmart.

Employees told them a man allegedly concealed two bottles of liquor on his person and allegedly left the store without paying for them.

When an employee confronted the man outside, he allegedly ran off.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call Officer Elless at the Poplar Bluff Police Department at 573-785-5776.
