FIRST ALERT: Several SE Missouri counties under new flash flood warnings

It is Monday, Dec. 28, 2015.

First Alert Weather Outlook:

Rain and thunderstorms will continue this morning. The Heartland has already gotten up to three inches of rain in some areas, and we can expect another inch today. Be alert for road closures due to flooding. Brian’s First Alert Forecast shows the rain tapering off by around noon, but then the winds will move in. We could get gusts of up to 40 miles an hour, and with the ground saturated, that could mean we could see trees blown down.
