Wet roads cause rollover crash on Blandville Rd. in McCracken Co.

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

Deputies say wet road caused a rollover crash on Blandville Road in McCracken County, Kentucky on Monday, December 21.

According to deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, at around 5:30 p.m. they received a report of a single-vehicle crash with injuries in the 9100 block of Blandville Rd.

They say William Jackson, 33, of Kevil, was driving a 2009 Ford pickup eastbound on Blandville Rd. when he lost control due to the wet road surface. The truck left the left side of the road, rolled over and came to a rest on its top.

Jackson was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Deputies say a section of Blandville Rd. was closed for about 30 minutes for investigation and clean up of the scene.
