Carbondale P.D. investigating retail theft

CARBONDALE, IL (KFVS) -

The City of Carbondale Police Department report that it has began an investigation on Monday, Dec. 14 involving a retail theft complaint that was reported by a business in the 1200 block of East Main Street in Carbondale.

Officers learned over the course of the investigation that three suspects entered the business and stole property.

The first suspect is being described as a black male with a short haircut who was wearing a grey Hollister hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans.

The second suspect is being described as a black female with a ponytail hairstyle who was wearing a red North Face hooded sweatshirt and ripped denim jeans.

The third suspect is being described as a Hispanic female with long black hair who was wearing a white long sleeve shirt and black pants.

Police are requesting that anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the suspects to contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-3200.
