Man sentenced to life without parole for murder of Hayti woman

A man who pleaded guilty to murdering a Hayti, Mo. woman in O'Fallon was sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Terry Glennon Culberson of O'Fallon, Missouri pleaded guilty to first degree murder and armed criminal action.

He was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole (999 years) for the murder charge and 30 years for the armed criminal action charge.

Dorothy Hall, 55, of Hayti, Missouri died after she was shot in O'Fallon, according to the O'Fallon Police Department.

Someone reportedly used Culberson's ATM card at a Poplar Bluff business on February 6, 2013.

He was caught by U.S. Marshals in Love County, Okla. in February 2013.

Police said in 2013 that the shooting did not appear to be a random act.
