A Hayti man has been arrested after allegedly threatening employees at the Walmart in Kennett, Missouri.
According to the Kennett Police Department, Byron Norris, 23, is being held in the Dunklin County Justice Center on charges of making a terroristic threat.
Authorities report officers were called to to Walmart Supercenter around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday to investigate a report of a customer threatening employees.
According to police, the suspect had already left the store by the time officers arrived, but through the course of the investigation authorities identified Norris as the suspect.
Kennett police reportedly worked with the Hayti Police Department and the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Office to find Norris and make the arrest.
Norris remains behind bars in Dunklin County pending formal charges by the prosecutor's office.
